This website is owned and operated by Helena Adams Art. All artworks, images, and content on this site are the property of the artist and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

2. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, you will be notified and offered a replacement or a full refund.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices may change occasionally, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping

Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping provider. Any customs or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery costs to UK Mainland included. Contact us for shipping outside of the mainland UK.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. Returns are accepted for unused and undamaged items. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and artwork. A replacement or refund will be arranged.

7. Privacy

Any personal information you provide during checkout is used only to process your order and is never shared with third parties, except as required to fulfil your purchase (e.g., shipping carriers).
